The key topic of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of various mechanization equipment within the mechanized method of skidding in the Little Carpathians and a discussion of their economic and technical indicators, and ergonomic demands of their operation. The theoretical part of the work deals with the issue of damage to the forest ecosystem by mechanization equipment, the energy intensity of work for operating workers, and the characteristics of the used methods of skidding. The practical part of the work contains the results of measuring the quantities contained in the above issues in addition to other important indicators, such as time observation and economic inputs and outputs. The measured values are evaluated and compared with each other according to the set criteria. In conclusion, the author assesses the possibilities of using the mentioned mechanization equipment in the conditions of the Little Carpathians.
Economic Indicators and their Systems

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze economic indicators and their construction. These indicators are used for the evaluation of the economic performance in selected states. It is very necessary to understand these indicators and their telling abilities in order to increase the living standard of the country. This thesis compares countries of the Visegrad Group and Germany, as a state with the strongest economy in Europe. The first part is focused on the theoretical description of indicators including composite indicators, which quantify the standard of living and methods, which are used for a comparison of states. The second part contains the comparison of selected countries. For this analysis are used data of economic outlooks of OECD and Eurostat Then evaluated data are used for Multi-criteria Decision Making. The result of the thesis is the evaluation of economic development in the Visegrad Group and Germany.
Adekvátnost informací Česká národní banky při zajišťování finanční stability

The bachelor thesis deals with the adequacy of the information of the Czech National Bank in fulfilling its basic functions with a focus on ensuring financial stability. The work is based on information that individual central banks publish on their official websites. In order to meet the main goal of this thesis, we have defined the term "financial stability" and have formulated important information to ensure financial stability. In the last step, we chose the method of comparing the methodology of data collection and data range with central banks of the Czech Republic, Eurozone, USA, Great Britain and Japan. The benefit of this work is the evaluation of the current data collection and data type at the Czech National Bank. At the same time, it provides insight into new opportunities in data collection and data type and use in the direction of ensuring financial stability.
Cartel identification in public procurement.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present current methods of cartel identification in public procurement. Antitrust authority pays attention to public cartels because of its topicality and considerable damages. Antitrust authority uses economic indicators and suspicious signals from participations of auction. Conclusion is that antitrust policy and its improvement are essential for early cartel detection.
The Visegrad Group - Trends and Position in the European Union

The aim of this thesis is to describe economic trends in countries of the Visegrad Group between 2000 and 2009 and to analyze their economic relations with the EU. The description and analysis are based on Eurostat statistics. Economic indicators which are monitored in this thesis and statistical methods used are defined in the first chapter. The second chapter contains a description of the Visegrad Group and ist member states. The third chapter analyzes similarity of basic internal balance indicators' changes in the countries of Visegrad Group and in EU member states. The fourth chapter deals with the territorial structure of trade of the Visegrad Group. The final chapter is devoted to the geographic origin of foreign direct investment inflows in the Visegrad countries.
